Cunnane Stratton Reynolds is pleased to announce the promotion of Conor Healy to Associate Director in our Cork office.
Since joining CSR in August 2023, Conor has brought valuable strategic planning expertise, a collaborative mindset and a clear focus on achieving successful outcomes for clients. His work has spanned a diverse portfolio of projects, including major mixed use developments, residentila schemes, commercial developments, educational facilities, retail projects and sporting infrastructure.
Conor brings over a decade of experience in planning, having worked across both the UK and Ireland on a wide range of residential, commercial and strategic infrastructure projects. He is known for his clear and effective planning strategies, particularly in navigating complex applications and securing planning consent. His strengths include managing multi-disciplinary design teams, engaging with stakeholders and advising clients on all aspects of the planning process, from initial appraisals to appeals and legal declarations.
A Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Corporate Member of the Irish Town Planning Institute, Conor holds a Masters in Planning and Sustainable Development from University College Cork. His professional expertise spans planning law, Section 5 declarations, development plan submissions and both first and third party appeals.
As Associate Director, Conor will continue to play a key role in the growth of CSR’s planning services, leading major projects and supporting the development of our expanding Cork-based team.
