BRIEF

This project showcases a creatively designed and well-structured residential development consisting of 258 apartments and duplex units, distributed across buildings ranging from three to seven storeys. The design emphasises high-quality living with two expansive roof gardens at first-floor level, providing valuable communal outdoor space for residents. The development balances modern architecture with sustainability and urban integration. Cunnane Stratton Reynolds (CSR) has been involved in the project from the planning stage through to construction completion, ensuring a high-quality design approach throughout.

CONCEPT

The development integrates thoughtfully landscaped areas, including first-floor communal roof gardens, pocket courtyards at ground level and streetscape enhancements contributing to a vibrant and engaging living environment. Play areas and incorporating nature based SuDS blue and green roofs, reduced use of plastic, low use of treated wood, durable materials, drought tolerant plants and low use of water. Achieving a LEED Gold standard for sustainability, the project demonstrates a strong commitment to environmentally responsible design. Designed using Revit, the scheme exemplifies innovative and sustainable urban living
