CSR was retained by Friends First Life Assurance to provide planning advice in support of the planning application for works, which include the demolition of the existing Enterprise House at Blackrock Shopping Centre, Georges Avenue, Rock Hill and Frascati Road.

CSR was also requested for the construction of a new five storey 8,119.50 square metre building that would provide for general office use, science and technology uses or office-based industry uses.

CSR also successfully provided First Party Appeal advice in defending the applications grant of permission by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council at Bord Pleanála.

CSR was retained as part of a Project Team led by Lafferty Project Management to offer a complete planning service with specialist inputs in respect of planning strategy and application contents.
