CSR was retained by Bord Na gCon to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement, general planning advice and a Visual Impact Statement to replace the old Market’s Field Greyhound Stadium with a new state of the art facility, Greenpark Stadium. This would also include the Headquarters for Bord Na gCon and facilities to house four bars and a restaurant.

CSR’s approach towards the preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement was to retain all the necessary expert opinions needed to undergo this project. This included addressing the various impacts that the development was likely to have, but also using these expert opinions to ensure that these impacts were addressed through appropriate design and mitigation measures.
