CSR acted as planning advisor to New Generation Homes on the planning application for redevelopment of the historic La Touche Hotel, Greystones as a residential development. CSR provided planning advice during the design process to ensure the scheme complied with planning policy, prepared the planning report and managed the preparation of the planning application.

We also produced a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment report and commissioned photomontages and a shadow analysis to assist in overcoming concerns over the potential effects of the scheme on the amenities of neighbouring properties and the surrounding urban landscape. The scheme was granted planning permission in 2015.
