Residential development on a 21ha site on the northern edge of Maynooth. The development has 403 residential units and 476 student apartments. Successful planning application through the Strategic Housing Development process on behalf of Cairn Homes. Appointed for landscape services from masterplanning and concept design stage through to completion of construction works on site.

Our Approach: Working with Cairn Homes to deliver a landscape led masterplan on the Lyreen River in Maynooth. Walkable neighbourhoods were created using the existing river corridor as a framework to develop a network of linear parks and green spaces for amenity and biodiversity functions.
