CSR was retained as part of a Project Team to offer a complete planning service with specialist inputs. The brief was to obtain 10 years of full planning permission for the redevelopment and refurbishment of the Metropole Hotel in Cork.

The proposed development allows for the construction of a high quality hotel development with architecture by Reddy Architecture, to allow for a proposal with a total of 411 bedrooms.

The project is currently at the further information stage.
