CSR was retained as part of a client-led project team to offer a complete planning service with specialist inputs and reports with respect to the construction of a three storey (with part fourth storey) Primary Healthcare Facility in Carrigaline, Cork.

The development provides for ground floor uses, including general practice surgery facilities, retail pharmacy, meeting rooms and Health Service Executive facilities.

The upper floors provide for HSE offices and facilities including dental suites, paediatric suites, occupational therapy facilities, physiotherapy facilities, admin, speech and language facilities and clinical rooms.

The facility was opened in August 2017.
