Cunnane Stratton Reynolds was retained by Friends First Life Assurance Company to prepare a planning report in support of full planning permission for the refurbishment of Blackrock Shopping Centre. This project includes a new façade and canopy to provide year-round weather protection, something it previously lacked.

The proposed refurbishment of the shopping centre is to provide a more modern and improved shopping experience with a more cohesive layout. The redevelopment will provide for a more contemporary appearance which will keep current tenants in place whilst attracting new tenants, responding to the needs of local customers.

CSR were retained as part of a Project Team led by Lafferty Project Management to offer a complete planning service with specialist inputs with respect to planning strategy.
