Conor is a Senior Planning Consultant based in our Cork Office having joined the company in August 2023.

Conor holds a Masters in Planning and Sustainable Development from University College Cork graduating in 2013. Since graduating, Conor has developed his career in both the UK and Ireland, working closely with project teams and provides clear strategic advice to clients to deliver planning consent.

Conor has significant experience in the preparation and lodgment of planning applications for commercial and residential projects, management of design teams, preparation of development plan submissions, and stakeholder engagement. As well as experience in strategic infrastructure, Section 5 declarations and first and third party planning appeals.

Conor is a full Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a full Corporate Member of the Irish Town Planning Institute.
